Wise Beaver is growing and we’re looking for a few solid .NET developers to join the squad.

We’re not building an empire. We’re not scaling to 50. We’re building a small, reliable crew of developers who enjoy solving problems, care about code quality, and don’t take themselves too seriously.

A team of 3–5 people who actually like working together.

🛠 What We Do

We help clients go from "I have an idea" to "this thing works great", and everything in between.

That means building MVPs that don’t fall apart after the demo, scaling internal tools that need a real backend, and rewriting legacy systems that scream in runtime pain.

• A full-featured gym management system with a custom booking calendar (Fitnest)
  
• A nationwide survey platform for US schools (SchoolVoices)

We focus on backend-heavy, business-focused work that requires architectural thinking and long-term maintainability.
Sometimes it’s clean and shiny. Sometimes it’s spaghetti in disguise. That’s life, we deal with both.

👀 What We’re Looking For

We’re building a small, reliable team of developers we can count on when a project lands. People who bring both technical skills and a sense of responsibility.

Here’s what we’re looking for in someone we’d love to work with:

• Has solid .NET backend experience (3+ years)
  
• Can work on greenfield projects or jump into existing ones without flinching
  
• Communicates clearly, flags issues early, and doesn’t disappear mid-sprint
  
• Works well independently but likes being part of a team
  
• Understands that good work earns trust, and trust is everything when we bring you into a client project

We work on a project basis, but with clear structure, mutual trust, and team support. You’ll collaborate with us directly, stay in the loop, and have a say in how things are built. You can always count on the team to have your back.

Our aim is to build long-term working relationships with people we enjoy working with.

💸 How Payment Works

We keep it simple:

• Monthly or milestone-based payments, clear and predictable
  
• Sometimes fixed-price if the scope is tight
  
• Hourly can happen if that’s how the client operates, but we try to avoid it when possible
  

Whatever the model, transparency is there and you’ll always know the terms upfront.
That’s a rule here.

We don’t do 9 AM daily meetings or “team synergy alignment sessions.”

• Zero micromanagement. Just keep us in the loop and deliver great work
